Making the Most of Your Workplace: Content Roundup

When thinking about culture-driven workplaces, images of game rooms, accent walls, and bar carts come to mind, all of which are certainly fun, but not essential, components of culture. Therefore, it can be tempting to dismiss the workplace as a superficial element of company culture.

However, the workplace is much more than that. A workplace influences how employees interact with each other, what resources they can access, and how they feel when they walk into work every day. In fact, according to data from the 2015 Top Company Cultures program, Work Environment was one of the top three drivers (out of 10 qualities) of a high employee Net Promoter Score.

Now that summer is coming to a close, and employees will be spending more time in the office, we want to share our top five posts to help you get the most out of your workplace.
